Kevin and Toni Ennis have lived in Portugal since 1989 and have twenty years experience in villa and property management in Portugal. Kevin and Toni retired early from their successful business in the UK and are both fluent in Portuguese as is Richard, their son who on completion of his university studies in the UK, returned to Portugal to work alongside his parents in the business ensuring continuity of the current levels of customer service into the years ahead. |

Their Portuguese company, Ennis Administração de Propriedades Lda, employs a blend of British and Portuguese staff and is currently working for more than sixty owners helping them to get the best out of their properties. The company is based at Foz do Arelho, sixty miles north of Lisbon and is ideally placed for the Praia d’el Rey golf resort where they already have many clients.
A major part of their recent work was involved in arranging accommodation for the Euro 2004 Football championships. In liaison with UEFA they successfully rented properties belonging to their clients on Praia d’el Rey and elsewhere in the region.
